Direct Contact Links for App Accessibility Feedback

Just another quick suggestion: Recently, I tried tweeting Facebook about accessibility issues with the latest version of their app using the link provided on AppleVis' page only to be told by Facebook I had to submit a ticket about it. Since finding out how to do this is often very difficult and since generally figuring out precisely who to contact / how to contact people regarding acccessibility issues is quite the task, I would suggest that, one each app's page, there be a direct link to precisely where users need to go to contact the right people regarding accessibility issues with each app.

Hi Misty, This is a great suggestion, and something that we have discussed internally before. Unfortunately, the problem with implementing direct contact links is that a lot of times, developer contact information isn't very easy to find. Some developers have support email addresses, some have a form that users fill out, etc. and customizing the contact link/method for each app would be impractical. If Apple were to implement a universal app support system where app support was conducted uniformly and information was easily available, we may revisit this idea.
