Hi app developers and beta testers, I have a possibly unique request that I hope somebody can help me with, one of my friends wants to use the Microsoft David voice as a voiceover voice, so any app developers reading this, please do me a favor, if you can, please create an app that has all the English Microsoft voices, I know it can be done, because espeak is already on the App Store, I would create this app myself, but I do not have an App Store developer account, and I’m not good at coding and developing apps, this needs to be done for two reasons, 1, I am trying to help my friend, 2, there needs to be more third-party voices for voiceover on the App Store, so anybody who is an app developer, please reply to this form, thank you.

Why only the English voices?
Sure, I'd even love to have an official app by Microsoft that also offers the so-called AI voices as in-app purchases, but;
1. Why not have all the voices in all the languages? I don't even know who that friend of yours is, but I do know that it's better to try to make things available to as many as possible instead of just making an app to add Microsoft David to the tens of already available US English voices. Should you or anyone happen to develop such an app, which I suppose requires Microsoft's express approval, it should include all the voices.
2. You're not a coder but can you pay the 99 bucks annually? Such an app with all the Microsoft voices should compensate for the expenses fairly quickly, but it may still be difficult to obtain the 99USD if you plan on asking others to pay for the dev account.
Well, I've just literally contacted Microsoft.
I went through all the tedious steps and procedures to submit my request that all the Microsoft voices, even old Uncle Sam, be made available on iOS and other Apple operating systems.

You know what, I think it would be good for all languages of the Microsoft voices to be there,the only reason why I said to add only the English voices, because I would never use any of the other languages, the only language I speak is English, but every language and voice should be there, the friend I am trying to make this work for, his name is Bryce, as many others have said on forms related to this, there are plenty of English voices available for voiceover, the only reason Bryce wants the Microsoft David voice, is because,1, my friend uses jaws on his computer, and the voice he uses is Microsoft David, he finds it to be nice and clear, and 2, he says that all of the other voiceover voices, except Microsoft David sound very bored when reading what’s on the screen lol , anyway, I can’t wait to hear the response from Microsoft about the voices when they respond to your request.

Well, tell your friend to go to the sound and haptic settings and play the ringtone named Uplift there. This might help cheer up the voices, as they might also be able to hear the ringtone as their virtual habitat plays it aloud. If that does not work, try playing Playtime and observe the results. If none of the recommended troubleshooting steps work, try contacting Apple or Nuance, Microsoft, or other companies to request that more cheerful voices be added.

Didn't mean to be misleading, but...
I was mostly kidding and just hoped it'd be obvious enough. Just playing some ringtone won't really help improve the mood of a voice, which is but some piece of code and data obtained from several hours of recordings, right? Just wanted to use a little bit of humor, but it doesn't appear to have worked. The part on contacting the various companies was and is right and serious though.

I did not know you were joking around about the ringtones, I just was trying to get this app made for my friend so I could surprise him with it, this is not the only app I want to get developed for voiceover, I would like to have an app for voiceover that has all the go animate voices, I just think these are cool, because I’m a fan of go animate, despite being blind, I would want this app to be made so I don’t have to deal with the Apple voices
