In this episode, Kushal Solanki walks us through the process of creating a shortcut that will launch a FaceTime call to a selected contact.
Kushal explains that shortcuts are a powerful feature in iOS that allows users to automate tasks and save time. He starts by introducing the Shortcuts app, which comes pre-installed on every iPhone, and explains how to create a new shortcut.

Great job on the podcast but…
Great job on the podcast but why not just ask Siri to facetime audio Mom. You don't even need to create a shortcut to do that as long as she's in your contacts. Just saying.
Yeah true
I was just using my Mum as an example
This shortcut is useful especially if you save it on your home screen you can just double tap on the shortcut and it will call the selected contact.
Thanks for this!
I'd been wondering how to do this exact thing, so thanks for the podcast!
