Hi, I tried to install with Crossover and then with game porting toolkit Diablo IV and 1428: shadows over Silesia, but the screen readers integrated into the games don't speak. There is a solution? Do I need to install something in the bottles to make the voices work?

Exactly that I think. Itโs possible to put in Crossover bottle the Windows screen reader?
Itโs the first time that I work with Wine, first I used Parallels, but games with directX 12 are not supported.
VOCR is a safe bet.
I've been using crossover on and off to game on the Mac for a few years. VOCR has worked well for this use case without fail. I could post a guide if people are interested.
Xbox
The Xbox is a really great system with a handful of games that are blind accessible. While I do not know of every title that is playable by blind gamers, the ones I am aware of are:
1. Mortal Kombat 1 (Builtin TTS. Voice Guided menus and audio descriptions for cutscenes and finishing moves. Enhanced audio 'sonar' to judge distance of opponents.
2. Street Fighter 6. Voice guided menus/character select. Enhanced audio queues during combat.
3. Forza Motorsport. Builtin TTS/Voice guided menus and driver assistant.
4. Gears Tactics. Boice guided/TTS menus and gameplay.
5. Brock the Investigator. Voice narrated/guided point and click/action adventure game.
6. The Vale: Shadow of the Crown. Voice narrated/guided audio game for the blind.
7. Sea of Thieves. Builtin TTS/Voice guided menus. Speech to textchat. Emote narration and audio enhancements.
8. Diablo IV. Builtin TTS/Voice guided menus. Enhanced audio. Speech to text chat.
9. As Dusk Falls. Voice narrated graphic novel/choose your adventure (CYA). Builtin TTS for menus and in-game choices. There is also a companion app for iOS where other players can join the game and vote on choices as the game progresses. Inclusivity ftw!
These are a nice start to what could become a nice gaming library. ๐๐ฎ
windows Laptop
I Bought a windows laptop for gaming last month. I love my Mac but it's not a gaming system for now. I finished as dusk falls and it was great. I have See of thieves, Diablo IV and Last of US. I can't wait to play them. ๐ I also bought a Dual sense controller witch really helps me to play the games.
Change hardware
Yes, I knew I had to change the hardware. I use VOCR easily, but it is used to launch the game in a Wine environment, but when you play it is useless. I've hoped for a reintroduction of Bootcamp, but that's still years away, perhaps when many PCs use arm. I haven't bought a laptop for Windows since 2009, but at the moment it's an option worth considering.
Consoles vs "Gaming PCs"
Agree with Oliver, would rather spend the money on a console that I absolutely know will handle the required specs for its games.
COnsoles
Complete console ignoramus here. Does a console require a TV or PC to work, or can it work as a standalone device? I've dabbled with the idea of acquiring a console, but don't have much use for a TV and I only have a Mac as my personal computer.
Street Fighter 6 update
I updated my post above. It turns out Capcom followed the path Netherealm Studios took for Mortal Kombat 11 back in 2019. That is to say that most of the 'top level' menus have voice guidance, and the character select screen is also voice guided. However, there are some screens where this is not the case. Still, it "is" playable by blind gamers, so I have left it in my list, just edited the accessibility description. ๐
@Tayo
Think of a gaming console like a desktop computer. It requires a means of displaying its content visually. You can, however, use a desktop monitor, or a television for this. The monitor route might be better as you are likely to get better refresh rate for your money. Refresh rate is very important in video games, even if you cannot see it, low refresh rate can cause video lag which will in turn give you a poor gaming experience. Especially if you are doing any form of online gaming.
HTH.
@Oliver
Thank you for that info. I did not know you could run the Series X without a display. ๐ณ
Headsets
Also agree that a gaming headset is a "must". I am using a pair of Turtle Beach Stealth series for my Xbox. I don't play MK very well with just my Smart TV speakers. ๐
Re: Just to correct, with allโฆ
Yup. That'd be why I edited my original post and also made a subsequent post stating as much. ๐
Oh, Oliver..
I expect everyone to listen to me. Call it a character flaw. ๐
Also, Steam is the devil. It has only been very recently that the Steam client was even "usable" with Windows Narrator. Not even sure if it is with NVDA, Jaws, or any other 3rd party TTS.
To make things even more ironic, Steam sells audio games for the blind.
Agree that the road to accessible gaming along and winding path, and as far as accessible gaming with Apple Arcade. I am gonna chock that up to laziness and call it good.
Cloud with Shadow PC
Finally i solved with Shadow PC. It's possible to use a Windows pc with Nvidia 4050 in cloud, for me is the best solution.
