I use UTM. It's fully accessible, supports both Apple's Virtualization framework and qemu, and as a result can, at least in theory, run any operating system of your choice. I say in theory because my attempts to install Debian for ARM either crashed in qemu or could not detect the VirtIO virtual sound card provided by Apple's Virtualization framework. I did eventually install Linux successfully but had to ask a sighted person for help with the installation. MacOS runs perfectly in UTM using Apple's Virtualization framework, and I'm waiting until the ARM version of Windows 11 comes out of beta to try it.
UTM can be downloaded for free, however there's a paid version on the Mac App Store which is the one I use myself both for convenience and to support the project.
