Voiceover - Announcing calls on Apple Watch

Hi there,

My mother is a blind Apple Watch SE user and since the upgrade to WatchOS 10 we have been having some trouble with Voiceover announcing calls.

Previously she had it set up so she could adjust sounds or haptics to her preference, but the voiceover would not announce the caller, since the update it seems no matter what settings we change the watch will still announce the caller.

Is anyone aware of any settings we can change that will amend this, without changing the current settings on the phone?
