iTunes Charts not showing on iPhone

When I try to load up the itunes charts on my iPhone, I go on to the music section, which loads up on featured just fine, but when I click on the charts button, the screen just goes blank. No matter how long you wait nothing shows up. In the status bar, the network connection in progress shows up for a few seconds after clicking the charts icon, then disappears, still leaving a blank screen. I've tried the obvious things such as rebooting my phone and Internet router and it hasn't worked. I thought it could have been itunes had gone down but theirs been no tweets or anything about that, and its been happening for a couple of weeks now. So everything on itunes works fine apart from the charts section. Can anyone help? Thanks.

It's a bug. There is a work around. 1. quite iTunes front he app switcher. 2. find iTunes with voice over on then hover your finger over the icon and turn vo off. 3. tap the iTunes icon and then start voice over. You will now be able to see the charts. You must do this every time you switch major stuff like music to music to tv. Email accessibility@apple.com and let them know to fix this as it's been broken for who knows how long now.
Sorry but I don't think it's that. I just tried it and it didn't work. I also got my friend who is sighted to see if the charts were showing, and he said it's a blank screen. Thanks though.

I still wish that apple would fix this. to quit voice over and start iTunes is not fithe for the beginner or the faint of hart. lol! I plan on emailing them and we'll see if they will fix this, or if we need to talk louder. Tc all.

I thought I was the only one this happened to. This is interesting. I'll try the voiceover thing.

Maybe I am not understanding the directions correctly, but I just tried it and it's not working for me. I look at the charts all the time, that's how I find out what's out. But for some reason this isn't working for me. I hope they fix it soon or else I can get a better understanding of what you guys are doing so I can look at them again too.
