Hi, Sorry if this has been asked already but has anyone else experienced their chosen Apple watch voice disappearing while the watch was on charge after updating to watch OS10.1?
Very annoying especially when you go in to the speech settings and your chosen voice is still selected and after re-downloading the voice it automatically reverts back to it.
Also since the OS10 update the way the watch reads the weather complication is awful you just get a string on information instead of just swiping hour by hour.

Voices disappearing after Watch os 10.1 update
Hi, Yes your bang on the button with this one Singer Girl and your issue with voices disappearing from the phone sounds exactly the same.
In addition I have the date set as a complication but since updating to the new Watch OS instead of the date being read when you touch the complication now you just hear calendar not very useful at all. I have to say this watch update has been the worst I've experienced since the Apple watch was launched 8 years ago.

No issues with voices on watch
I've experienced this problem, especially with Siri voices, on my phone, but nothing like that has happened on my watch. I use Alex on all of my iDevices, so I have no idea whether or not that's a factor. As for the other issues that have been mentioned here, I agree 100 percent. I had the issue with VO only saying calendar when I first got watch OS 10 installed, but have somehow got the date to read as expected on my infograph watch face, but I hate the way the activity rings are read now, and the sleep complication is now read as bedtime? Not sure why, but that drives me nuts way more than it should. I am also still frustrated that we can no longer do the 2 finger swipe left or right to switch between watch faces. I get that Apple made changes, but so far as I can tell, there was no legitimate need for that feature to be removed. I hope that the issue with disappering voices gets resolved sooner rather than later for both apple watches and iPhones.
