The braille is a bit sharp but if you can get used to that and like reading braille, I'd say it's not bad.
I had one but had to return it because I realised i'm not a fan of braille like that.
If I were going to get one again, I'd go with the 40 cell instead of the 20 but I'd highly recommend phoning vision australia and seeing if they can get a unit for you to try.
