Airplay and Apple Music

I often like to use Airplay to send Apple music from my iPhone to my Sonos speakers. I can do it by going to control center/airplay and then selecting the speakers I want to use, but is there an easier way? Is it possible to tell Siri to do that, or possibly a shortcut I'm not aware of?

Yes.
I have created a shortcut with the entire queue of activities for connecting to Sonos.
You can add such a shortcut to the Home screen and to Siri.
I also have an automation that uses this shortcut.
If I launch the music app, it automatically connects to Sonos.
However, this automation sometimes doesn't work.

I have a blue tooth speaker that I use to listen to music. I turn it on and it automatically connects to my phone and I can listen to Apple music or whatever I need that's on my phone. Now maybe the speaker you have is different. Noticed that someone has replied regarding that.

You can add your Sonos speakers to your ”Home app” if you have created a home that is. I think Homepods, Apple TV, and maybe iPad can be a home hub?

Once you have added the speakers to your home, you can for example ask Siri to ”Play X playlist in Y room”.

If you need help setting up a Home and how to add the speakers to it there are some easy guides if you Google.
