Giraffe Reader and Se 2020

Does anyone know if a Giraffe reader model works well with iPhone Se 2020?
I have an older giraffe reader. With my iPhone Se 2020, if I place it in the reader, it actually pushes the two side buttons, triggering the SOS function and calling 911.
So I need a new model. I looked at the web page here:
https://www.giraffe-reader.com/
and it doesn't list the SE 2020. It lists a lot of older phones, but I'm unsure if it has a slot wide enough that the side buttons on my phone won't be triggered.
I emailed the vendor weeks ago and he never replied.
I'm all ready to purchase one but don't want to get the wrong model.

While reading an older thread here about these scanning stands, someone mentioned using one by a company called IPEVO. Intrigued, I decided to investigate further. As it turns out, they now offer a MagSafe version of said stand, available on sale for $40.

I researched it on Amazon where it sells for $81. The reviews are overwhelmingly positive. Therefore, I decided to purchase one for myself and a few for my friends.

The design closely resembles that of an articulating desk lamp. It features a weighted base, an articulating arm, and a phone holder in place of the lamp head. While it’s a MagSafe phone holder, they also provide a metal disc for use with non-MagSafe phones.

They still offer the version with a clamp for $30. However, in my opinion, the MagSafe version is preferable as it prevents accidental button presses.

The only potential drawback might be its portability, especially if you plan to use it while traveling. Although it does fold somewhat compactly, I wouldn’t consider it highly portable. It weighs approximately 1 1/2 to 2 pounds. To be fair, some reviewers claim to take it to classrooms and similar places, but I’m unsure how regularly they transport it.

I received mine just a couple of days ago, and I was pleasantly surprised. In my case, I intend to leave it on my desk, set up at the best angle for easy scanning by simply placing a document or package underneath. By the way, I also tested it with my backup iPhone 7, and since it was level, it securely held the phone without the need for the metal disc.

I’ve got the Giraffe Reader that is for the iPhone 8 and it works extremely well with my iPhone SE (third edition).
