Update on my Focus 40 and Safari 'Not Responding" Problems

Hello AppleVis community,
That's almost as rare as a unicorn sighting: the Apple Accessibility Team has, believe it or not, contacted me regarding two pesky issues I've been whining about. It's a surprise since, in the past, it felt like my feedback disappeared into the digital abyss.
Focus 40 Connectivity Issue:
First off, my trusty Focus 40 braille display decided to throw a fit after the latest iPadOS and iOS updates. It suddenly refused to connect to my iPhone and iPad, as if it had better things to do. Naturally, I had to spare a few moments from my busy life to provide Apple with detailed feedback.
Safari's 'Not Responding' Bug:
Then, there's the infamous 'Not Responding' bug in Safari. Who hasn't encountered this gem? Safari would freeze like it had seen a ghost, making me question my life choices. Of course, I had to enlighten Apple with my experience, which I'm sure they were eagerly awaiting.
But, lo and behold, a ray of hope! Apple's Accessibility Team actually reached out to me, of all people. They even dared to request log files from my iPad and my Mac, as if they're now Sherlock Holmes in the digital world. Color me surprised!
Now, I won't hold my breath for immediate fixes. It's not like Apple has a reputation for lightning-fast accessibility bug fixes However, the fact that they bothered to respond and ask for logs is almost heartwarming. Who knew they cared so much about us mere mortals?
So, here's a big shout-out to Apple for gracing me with their attention. I'll be sure to keep you all in the loop if and when these issues finally get sorted out. Until then, let's all bask in the glory of this unexpected turn of events and hope for more Accessibility miracles.

I'll believe it when it happens. Until then, it's nothing but the usual talk, with nothing to back it up. Sorry if I sound cynical, but it's true. Did you even get a human response such as "I'm really sorry this is impacting you, and we will do our best to make sure these issues never happen again on our very expensive devices."? No? That's what I thought. It's really sad the folks working on accessibility have to bow down to the elitists that run the company.
