Wow, i'm blown away by this voice. It's so perfect.
For a very very long time those of us from the UK have gotten very generic sounding voices but this is a huge step in the right direction to show the divercity of accents we have here.
You can tell this is a black man from London straight away and I love it. Oh alex has breathing but this guy pronounces things in a way I've only heard from tv/people around me, I never never thought I'd hear this accent on my phone but here we are.
If the next siri update comes with a black female voice; i'd be even happier but i'm so pleased with this voice that if I could; I'd buy it.

Ah well.
As I don't follow politics, my view is that we're going to bitch and moan about whoever's voted in or whatever it is we do anyway so there's not much point for me to get involved, I don't get the jokes but I'm glad you guys can laugh and disagree nicely lol.
Anyway, I think this thread is getting a bit to far away from the topic so perhaps we should stop and if you guys want to talk about this stuff, email one another or something.
now just hang on a minute
The last paragraph of my contributions is always and invariably and indisputably and explicitly dedicated to getting the matter back on topic! I made possibly 4 voice suggestions in the most recent example thereof. So wheresoever it be ordained that young Bingo should abide, and wheresoever others abideth, the naughty step, on the evidence, Bingo's proper abode.
Perhaps He's from Manchester?
My parents had an au pair from Manchester, and although she was obviously female she sounded a bit like this. I am using this voice currently, and he sounds like he might be Jamaican or something. In any case, I like him a lot. He says the letter "a" like "hey". Very good on Apple for including more diverse voices. I'm impressed with Sonoma thus far.
Definitely inner city London
As I've said above, my wife's nephew speaks like this and he's not of Jamaican or any other black african dissent. A lot of youngsters, of whatever colour, appear to have this accent these tdays. Indeed, I dug out a recordin of an eight-year-old Bingo wherein traces of it are discernible - perhaps on account of the fact that at that time, Bingo lived and was being brought up in Tottenham and mixed with a lot of black boys and girls.
I tried to coppy them too.
I don't sound like that now, hell i didn't back then sadly, but yeah, accents clump together especially when you're young.

I haven’t seen if anyone else has pointed this out but there is a Female black Siri voice in the US voices. I can’t remember which one it was though. It’s been in there since last year. I think you may have been wanting an English accent but thought I’d let you know just in case you didn’t already.
I didn't want anything.
I was just scrolling through the voices and found this one.
Yeah; I think it's mentioned on this thread, I think it's siri US 4 or something...
Multicultural London English
This accent is called Multicultural London English.
Yep.
That sounds about right :)
