Music volume randomly lowers itself in music app with VO

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else having this issue? Only in music app the volume of my music randomly lowers itself when headphones are connected. It happens with all types of headphones and only when VO is on. This problem doesn’t occur if I turn VO speech off when listening to the music. My settings are all good. Sound check and reduce loud sounds are turned off.

It's the same for me.
The Sound Softening function is to blame.
I've had this problem for a long time.
It also occurs randomly.

It’s happening to me. Both in the Music app and on YouTube.

I was just about to ask this same question. It seems to be happening on all apps with video and sound including all music apps.
