Hi everyone hope you're doing well and staying safe, I'm using fantastical on an iPhone SE three running iOS 17. I'm having real trouble with alerts for some reason. I've set the default alert duration in calendar settings to 1 hour. When I'm creating an event in fantastical and I set the alert duration to anything other than one hour the alerts do not appear and I receive no notifications for any alerts apart from the default duration of one hour. Does anybody know why I could be experiencing this problem and how to resolve it please? Any ideas as to what's going on would be really useful thank you very much for your help everyone.

There have been at least three fantastical app updates since the 17 initial release, so make sure you have the latest.
