Nothing else I've found is really worth worrying over, but not being able to connect a Focus Braille display without a fight is the big bug for IOS 17. It is being discussed elsewhere.
Notifications on the lock screen behave as if the notification starts to be read, then VO interrupts itself to read the notification. So you get "Notification--" "Notification; one email, bla, bla, bla."
I want to say it was early iOS 16, though it could have been 15; where inside the weather app it would read something like:
(H)72degrees degrees
(L) 57 degrees degrees

Update: it didn't.
No idea what it's for, other than something to do with iPhone 15, but mine isn't a 15 and the update was still there, so it must fix something.
