I am planning on making a post earlier today later this afternoon discussing what I like and donโ€™t like about the new iPhones, and my thoughts of Apple 2023. How can I make my post into different headings on Safari on the iPhone. Hell, is this even possible

Notice when you make a post, whether replying to someone else or making a new thread like you have here, when you navigate over to the "Save" button there will be a control labeled as "Plain Text". Double tap on that and choose either "Filtered HTML or Mark Down.
These should allow you to add things in a more web-friendly view, such as headings etc.

Use the "#" symbol and a "space" before the text you want to be the heading. The number of "#"'s you use will denote the heading level. i.e. "###" would be a heading at level 3, etc.

Below is an example and I am using Markdown again, just fyi. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

This is a Level 2 Heading!

Blah blah blah.

This is a level 3 heading!

More blah-blah, blah...

I don't know if we can do Headings at level 1, but your mileage may vary.
