It would be cool to have different sound themes.
It would make using our phone more fun.

I lower the volume of voiceover sounds to about 30%, I know its not a custom sound theme but I find some of the sounds quite jarring on my ears so I’ve removed one of the sounds and reduced the volume of all of them. It’s much nicer to use until we may eventually get choices.

But I turned off most of the sounds, so it's not something I miss to be honest.

hopefully if a lot of people agree with me Apple consider just like they did with eloquence

I have done that also on my phone and iPad. It is a much more pleasant experience. Play around with this stuff, you never know how pleasant it will be.

This is literally one of the only reasons I'd jailbroken so many of my phones. I've both used and created custom voiceover themes and it was almost like switching wallpapers. Would love for this to be natively supported some day. I've got a working one which combines chromevox and talkback sounds from 2020. Would love to pair it with eloquence now.

Would you be willing to provide a link to these sounds? I've never heard ChromeVox sounds.

I have created many sound schemes for both iOS and macOS. Like someone mentioned before, it’s like switching wallpapers. You get bored of the same wallpaper on your phone, never being able to change it, right? Why can’t we customize our own voiceover sounds?
If you know what you’re doing and you have a jailbroken phone, it’s relatively easy to make your own custom sound schemes.

Not to mention that way back when, a jailbreak was the only way to change the default notification ringtone. Of course nowadays we can simply do this from within the Sounds and Haptics setting.

Ironically enough, a lot of features we have become accustomed to started out, in one way or another, as a jailbreak tweak. Anyone remember SB Settings? Now builtin to iOS as Control Center.

Fonts is another addition that used to be a jailbreak tweak. I think the ability to change/add fonts in iOS was in like iOS 13, if I am not mistaken.

The point I am trying to make is, sooner or later they may very well add the ability to add custom sound themes to iOS. Just a matter of priority. 🙂 👌

I vote for that feature as well. It's true it's the wallpapers for blind.
