If you are an iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 pro max user, you may have noticed that when your iPhone has low battery, there is no longer a pop-up. There is no longer a sound or haptic to let you know when your battery is low. I have created a shortcut that fixes this problem. Here’s how to set this shortcut up to receive alerts for when your battery is low. Also, if you have an older device, you can set low battery alerts in addition to the ones that are already available at 10% and 20%.
Step one.
Download the shortcut here: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/fab4e61fba0845499d3be43f9425de5c
Step two.
Open the Shortcuts app on your device.
Step three.
Tap the automation tab in the bottom center.
Step four.
Tap the Create personal automation button.
Step five. Tap battery level. Next, slide the slider to 20%, and select equals. Setting it to falls below will cause the alert to show up at 19%, and there is no way to have it alert when below 21%. As a byproduct of this, you will probably receive alerts when your device is charging. if someone else wants to make an action to the shortcut that checks to see if the iPhone is charging before displaying the alert, by all means, share it on here.
Step 6.
Now, tap the next button, and tap the add action button. Search for or find the run shortcut action.
step seven.
Add this to the shortcut by swiping down on the action.
step eight.
Now navigate to the run shortcut action. Swipe down on it select which shortcut you want to run.
Find the shortcut you just downloaded and double tap on it.
Step nine.
Now tap next and turn off the switch (ask before running). Now, the automation will automatically run every time your battery is below 20 or 10%.
Step 10.
To create an additional alert, repeat steps 2 through 9.
Hope this guide helps, and I hope it will be useful for you.

What about falling below 10%?
Thank you so much for this. With this also tell me when it falls below 10%, or do I need to set up another automation?
