Hello everyone,
So I forgot my charger for my Brailliant Bi 20X at my other house and I was wondering if I could use my MacBook charger until I return to my other house to get the charger. Will I do any permanent damage to the battery or device?
Thank you all for your help.

Granted my story is from years ago, I'd still be careful. I don't know the specs of that device. Not sure how long you'll be gone, but possibly try to get it early, or buy another charger and put it at both houses? Sorry I'm not helpful.

I'll buy another charger for the device. Does anybody know if I have to buy a power supply from Humanware, or can I just use any power supply?

Brailliant BI-20X charges with USB-C. So in theory any USB-C charger will work. Hopefully the MacBook charger would auto sense and step down voltage appropriately. That said, I'd recommend just using a USB-C cable between your MacBook and Brailliant and let the MacBook charge the Brailliant, this is for sure safe. Bonus, you can use the Brailliant as a display with VoiceOver on the MacBook while it charges.

Thanks fop the suggestion of charging it with the usb-c cable and my MacBook. Then what you're saying is that I could use t:e usb-c cable that charges my MacBook, or do I have to use the original cable that came with the Brailliant?

Yes, if you want to run the MacBook on battery, you can disconnect it from the charging brick and use it to run between Brailliant and MacBook.
