More and more I am not able to enter payment information to pay bills on line. Voice over tells me I am on a text field, but I can not enter information even if I enter act with the field. Is there something else I can try?

It's been an issue for awhile
Hi. Yeah I've come across this a lot especially since I'm on a beta. Unless there's something i don't know which is possible, there's not a work around. sorry I'm not more help.
VO-Space
Sometimes if the field is inside a frame, VoiceOver will not interact with it automatically. In this case, focus on the field and press VO-Space, after which you should be able to begin typing. Alternatively, if you have the payment method saved, you should be able to fill the form using Touch ID in Safari.
