Hello apple vis users.
I'm new here, but I've been following the forum for some time, and I decided to join because I have a serious problem related to my iphone (SE 2022), which was completely frozen.
by frozen i mean black screen, the buttons don't have any feedback (except for the home button) i even asked a friend to call me and the iphone doesn't call and sends to ovoice mail.
What could it be?

Hey Brian, I absolutely confirm the issues with volume raising and lowering, seemingly and it's own, but it is all due to the fact of adding earbuds, using them, and then putting them back in the case, because I need a device without Bluetooth, and this goes back-and-forth, all day long. I find my volume gets dropped all the time. out of habit now, I will check all the locations the volume can be adjusted, to ensure they are at 100%, always. This seems to prevent a lot of the issues that are referred to here in this post. This has bailed me out many times, even when I thought I was having other issues, as well. The pesky volume control can get the best of you, if you're not paying attention to the darn thing. I always use the volume buttons to control things, not the volume control, which is found on the rodor. Also, confirm that the volume control is at 100%, under settings/sounds and haptics. If you confirm volume hundred percent, on a regular basis, then it's possible you may be able to avoid the lack of response from the phone.
