Any way to read a row or column in Numbers on Mac?
Here's my situation. I load a large-ish Excel spreadsheet into Numbers, and I have my focus way out at cell AG134 or something like that. Now, I'd like to know the headers for the current column or row.
If this were a Pages spreadsheet, and if I had taken the time to properly set up the row and column headers, there are VoiceOver shortcuts to read those header cells. But it's an Excel spreadsheet and I don't want to bother setting the header row and column, because it's kind of a pain, and because then I'd have to save a second copy in Pages format.
If I just had a command to read current row or column, I could easily get the information I want.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Reading Row Numbers
Table Menu
Header Columns> Ensure this is set to 0.
Arrow down and Numbers will read row numbers for cells both with and without data.
Thanks
That's a quick way to set the number of header rows and columns. I had been jumping into the inspector to do that. Very quick and painless fix. Thanks again.
