iOS and iPadOS
I purchased a one-year subscription to the new Seeing Eye GPS. While I realize there are going to be ongoing improvements, I am somewhat disappointed. I took a walk with it and the GPS, while identifying a lot of POIs, failed to identify some major intersections. I also tried entering a route, and the GPS did not notify me of upcoming turns. I found that Apple Maps did a better job of both identifying where I was, and detailing routes.
I'm not sure if it the way I am using the GPS, or if this is just an early version. I am still hopeful that future enhancements will correct these problems and provide useful features such as allowing the App to be self-voicing and run in lock screen mode.
