alex sometimes switches to samantha for a second and then switches back

I am using ios 16.6. I've noticed with the alex voice sometimes it will switch to samantha compaq for a second and then go back to alex. Is this a bug?
hi. From what I've heard this happens if a synth crashes. It switches to Samantha compact for a second, and when it's back up it switches back. I have no idea if that's what's happening here obviously, but it's a possibility.

yeah; I've noticed this too.
It happens when I charge my phone from 0 percent.

Yeah notifications sometimes just start reading off in sam's voice. also in the fourth beta of IOS17 it still exists.
