Apple Watch application that will read out my heart rate at a specified interval during a workout?

watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

I’ve been looking for this for a very long time, but never have found a good accessible app that will do it. Something that will alert me of heart rate zones is not good enough for my use case. I would really like it to actually automatically read out my heart rate at a certain interval.
Does anyone know of a good app? I would be so grateful. If anyone has any leads.

I’ve been wanting to find a way to get my heart rate read out as well without touching the watch. Haven’t found away yet.

I see a lot of interest in this over the years and haven't seen any real solution yet. Hopefully I just missed something.

Yes, there seem to be lots of heart rate apps out there, including what is available on the Apple Watch. The problem is that one can't simply query Siri "what is my heart rate" or have the phone or watch automatically announce your heart rate at specified intervals.

I exercise on a treadmill and use Airpod Pro 2 earpods to block out the noise of the treadmill and my pounding feet. I also listen to podcast from my iPhone at the same time.

Although one can check their heart rate using a watch complication, the audio output of the watch doesn't play through the iPhone or Airpods as I'm listening to podcast and can't be heard through the noise reduction of the Airpods.

So what I ideally would like is to say "Siri, what is my heart rate?". When I do that, the phone answers "Sorry, I can't help you with that". Somehow this info ought to be accessible through the iPhone since it is connected to the watch, but I don't see any way of getting that info. I even tried looking for some shortcut actions that might do the trick, but no luck.

So if anyone has any great ideas or app that would serve this purpose, let us all know. I've tried a few heart rate apps, but again, it seems impossible to have Siri successfully query the info or read it out at specified intervals.

BTW, I did write to Apple accessibility about this problem for blind users who can't see the heart rate on the watch while exercising. Maybe if enough of us point out this issue something can be done.

Thanks for any suggestions.
