hello all. I have recently got my brand new iphone13. its hardly 10 days now, beeing an user of android from past 4 to 5 years, felt bit hard to get aquented with this oparating system.
anyways, coming to my main issue/question, when i got my phone, till 4 to 5 days everything was completely fine. but from 3 days, i'm experiencing sudden drop in my phone's battery percentage, i'm not talking about battery health here, please don't get confused, its at 100%. i'm talking about the battery percent, innicially, I use to get around 18 to 20 hours of charging, but now, i'm getting around 12 to 15 hours, and suddenly it comes down around 5 to 10 percent within 20 to 25 minuts, specially while scroling insta reals. i've checked doing all the settings to save the battery like, turning off background app refresh, bringing the briteness to 0, turning off useless permitions, updating the apps/ software etc. but still I'm not happy with the results. I also contacted apple help support on phone call, they also did some checks and diagnosing, but everything is fine as they told me.
can someone suggest me where am I going wrong? or is this the normal behaviour of iphone, as I told, i'm a new user so.
happy to hear from yall.

I think you mean "battery"
Just so nobody else is confused. You're welcome.
Closing apps
Did you close all apps? Facebook or similar apps tend to affect battery. You probably did so but doing a restart my help.
No, do not close all apps
Unlike Android, iPhone's App Switcher works differently and some apps save more battery when just left open, which is why you don't have a "Close All" or "Clear" button. The OS already decides how to optimize performance and when to terminate a process, which you notice when you no longer hear the word "Active" when on an app in the App Switcher. Closing and reopening an app repeatedly might even cause battery health to deteriorate faster. And I do not mean you should leave all apps, even including those like Facebook or others that perform battery-consuming tasks in the background, open. But one thing you should also consider is turning off background refresh for apps that you don't think need this feature.
Low power mode
It’s an excellent feature in Sainsbury life
Enes Deniz
If you do not close some apps they are working on even if you are not using them. Some people were having issues with Seeing AI. If you use that it might be the guilty app.
Quoting just one sentence from my previous comment
"And I do not mean you should leave all apps, even including those like Facebook or others that perform battery-consuming tasks in the background, open."
