Hi everyone, I have the strangest issue with the Internet on my iPhone 6
So, I was going to go play some Dice World on my iPhone 6 since I had challenged that device to a couple of games of pig, but I had noticed something, the network on my iPhone 6 was acting strange
Nothing would load even though it said it was connected
here are the steps that I used
I went to settings, went to Wi-Fi went to the info button on my network and click forget, I then attempted to reconnect, it was stuck on connecting
I then tried powering off my phone, powering on again, this time it only had the SOS only/no Sim message on the top of the screen
Right, so I went to the reset options and clicked on reset network settings, it rebooted as usual and I enter my network password again
Still no dice
And then restart my phone, now eager to resolve this issue. Again that didn’t work
Note, nothing is wrong with my router as the Internet is working on all of my other devices
Also, my phone was working on it like two hours ago so I don’t know what happened from then till now
Does anybody have any suggestions

I would try erasing all settings or back up from a computer
I've never had an issue like that before.
It also could be that the phone is like eight or nine years old and the software is running is five years old. Devices running iOS 12 should be reliable, because I had an iPad Air for school running iOS 12, and it was fast and reliable despite being several years old.
I would try going into settings, go to general, then click on reset, then tap reset all settings.
The phone should reboot, and then try to connect to your Wi-Fi again.
If that still isn't working, go to settings, click general, click reset and select erase all content and settings.
if you have a computer, use iTunes or the finder to create a back up. Once you erase the iPhone, you should be able to load up into the set up screen and select restore from iTunes backup.
Hope this information helps, and I hope you can get this issue fixed.
Having an old backup gaming iPhone is something I can't do. Yes, I have an iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s and an iPhone 7 which would be perfect, but the iPhone 7 is old and it gets extremely hot, and the 6S went for a swim in the ocean, and now has a nonresponsive touchscreen! Yay!
I forget how it happened, but somehow the iPhone 6 Plus ended up in the same state, plugs in and powers up, but touchscreen does not respond to user inputs.
What the, Apple really confuses me now
This happened to my success plus like a week ago, and after I reset network settings and enter my Wi-Fi password again everything was okay
The iPhone 6 running 12.5 .7 was a little bit more complicated, but after doing all of the steps above that I said I did plus leaving it on my bed unplugged for around 10 to 20 minutes finally now it decides to bloody connect
Apple really confuses me now
Well, I assume you mean a …
Well, I assume you mean a "6S Plus". Consider proofreading before sending your posts if you insist on sticking to dictation and just casually talking without caring so much about forming coherent and clear sentences, which is far from being what I prefer.
Good luck
I've tried helping this kid, he'll be late to his own funeral. I have absolutely no idea what's wrong because I can't make heads or tails of what is wrong in the first place.
No I generally mean an iPhone 6
No iPhone 6s, but an iPhone 6.
