Accessibility depends on the software, which you appear to have updated to the latest version, rather than the device model, unless it's the (lack of a) homescreen button or anything similar we're talking about. So a bug you encounter will likely occur on an iPhone 14 Pro Max as well because it's not been fixed. The device model has nothing to do with such software-related issues. And what do you even mean by "accessibility"? What is it that prevents you from using Siri conveniently or at all? Please be more clear and precise, and provide more details.
