I am having intermitant issues interacting with certain pages in some APs. Deliveroo is one case in point. I can access a certain amount without difficulty, then I'll click on something like a menu and I can no longer do anything with it. The Deliveroo page says something like, heres what others are saying about Parsons Bakery' That's all I get from it. No amount of tapping does anything. In fact My only option is to come out of the AP. I've also noticed this in other AP's such as the Nike Run Club. Is it just a bug or might there be a way around it? Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can think…
The only thing I can think of trying is turning off screen recognition. That feature is both a blessing and a curse. It helps with certain apps to make them more accessible, but for apps that are already accessible, it tends to do some weird things.
Interaction problem
Many thanks, tried that but sadly doesn’t fix it. Thanks anyway
Updates?
This probably goes without saying but have you checked for updates of both IOS and the apps you have having problems with? I know of people in my own family who believe in the if it works, don't touch it, method. With technology you can't do that. Now to be clear, I'm not saying you are that type or am I saying you didn't update. Just a suggestion.
Something sort of similar here
I've been encountering similar behavior to what you describe since updating to iOS 16.5.
In my case, I find on rare occasions that I'll open an app that I know to be completely accessible only to find that I can't interact with it. On these occasions, the only thing that I can locate by touch is the Status Bar. For me, briefly toggling VoiceOver off and back on again corrects the behavior. If you haven't done so already, this might be worth trying when you encounter a screen which is normally accessible but you can't now interact with.
