Not getting notifications on my iPhone

iOS 17
So I have an issue
I was going through TikTok but then I wasn’t aware that I had gotten notifications
And no I don’t have do not disturb on, nothing is on mute
Do not disturb back on then back off, no sounds, no notification appearing up on the top of the screen or some notification centre, no settings have been changed why am I not getting notifications after those 20 minutes I spent listening to TikTok
Note
This is nothing to do of the fact that I have iOS 17, pre-release software, installed on my phone, since some uses are having issues like this on stable releases

This is not allowed here as your topic deals with beta software. Click edit post, and change the value to beta software releases. also as stated previously this is what might happen with a first bug ridden beta software.

I’ve been experiencing this bug for a while now. I believe it started all the way back on the iOS 14 beta a few years ago. Haven’t found a rhyme or reason for why it randomly happens, but a phone restart will clear it up.

I'm experiencing this with WhatsApp as none of my notifications will come through. This is on the latest public release of IOS.
