In Settings > General > Software update > Beta updates, nothing happens when attempting to activate the “Learn more” link using VoiceOver.

Steps to reproduce
Go to Settings > General > Software update > Beta updates, and focus on the "Learn more" link. Whether you simply place VoiceOver focus on the block of text surrounding the link, or locate the link itself in the rotor, nothing happens when double-tapping.

My understanding of the "Learn more" link is that it's supposed to take you to Apple's beta program website, not to the release notes for the current beta build, accessible through Feedback Assistant. Is this incorrect?
