In case of Accessibility, I prefer Apple Music. In case of AI-based music curation, Spotify wins 100 %.
I personally prefer Apple Music. I've been using it since 2015 and have built a big library there.

I have been using Apple music for 5 years and I'm happy with that. No adds, no additional subscription fees and mostly what I want. I hardly use playlists so listening via Apple music resembles playing music from my CDs in the past. It also syncs well if you have more Apple devices and if you have more family members go for family subscription. Hope this helps.

If you haven't tried Apple music you can benefit from three-month trial period and them decide if this is for you. Good luck!

When it comes to free trial, you can also try out spotify to make sure that you find the best choice for your needs. You can sign in with Apple after downloading the Spotify app and then activate your trial of Spotify Premium.

I'd have to say that Apple Music is hands-down the best option for me. I haven't used it much only due to my financial situation, but it's completely accessible since it's based on what used to be called iTunes. Having said that though, I am happy with YouTube as well. I don't care for all the ads though.

So I've been using Apple Music for several years now. Naturally, I've added a lot of music to my library and to playlists.
If I were to cancel therefore, of course I'd lose all of that from the app. I wondered though, if I then come back in six months or a year for example, would all of that music be restored or would I be starting from scratch?

The issue if you cancel it you will lose your music unless that has change?

I've tried Apple Music but hate the layout and found it confusing when I liked something and tried to add it to my playlist, only to find that the whole playlist I was listening to got added and not the song I really wanted. You can cancel your subscription with YouTube Music and the playlist will still be there for a couple of months, although the last time I did that I wasn't able to access it until I resubscribed. The sound isn't great, but you can find lots of music that doesn't seem to be easily available on Apple Music.

Personally, Apple Music is still in the question, but YouTube music on Spotify premium mall. Look like better options.
My mum is under the illusion that she can share that I can share my Apple Music/YouTube music/Spotify premium subscription with the iPhone SE if I get it on my 6S plus
I said, rightly, pointed out that, since they are linked to different, Apple IDs and family sharing is more complicated than those old Samsung phones, that would be impossible. I’m not worth it.
Plus, Spotify, premium won’t work on the iPhone 6s Plus or the SE, since five years in Tiley different Spotify accounts.
YouTube, music could work, since all of my devices are sizing for the same YouTube account/Google account that I created in June 2022, but still
How can I get my mum to listen that she should not be under the illusion to the fact, the Apple Music won’t work on all of the devices if they aren’t sizes, the same Apple ID or have the same musical accounts?
