Borrowbox Library issue

Hi all,
I have used Borrowbox library for the last 10-years or so and it has been fine in accessibility terms for all that time. However, a couple of weeks ago it suddenly became far less accessible. for example, I can no longer access the book library on the app, my downloaded books I have repeat the authors name (but only the surname on the second occasion), I cannot return any books as the return botton is not accessible and the buttons at the bottom of the screen are not spoken by voice over (apart from the e-book button) and what is voiced as a 'loudspeakeer' which does nothing when pressed.
When I contacted the Borrowbox team, they asked me to send them a screen-shot of my iPhone screen but my son says that the app is fine, it's just voice over that is working wierdly.
Does anyone else use Borrowbox library and if so, are you having similar problems to me?

Thanks,

Steve.

I would suggest that you take a screen recording using voice over and send that to them.
Remember when using screen recording that you cannot have the screen curtain on
and you want to put your phone on do not disturb mode
This way they can see what is happening with the voiceover.

I use the app, and I haven't had any issues.
