Dynamic Island and how battery is announced on 14 Pro

Hello Everybody,
Two seemingly weird happenings with Dynamic Island and the way battery level is announced to me on my Pro 14.
I live in the part of the world where Mobile Money services are available and I am a subscriber. Now, when I am sending funds to someone or paying for a transaction using my Mobile Money Wallet, I have to move through at least not less than four stages. At each stage, instead of VoiceOver (VO) reading to me the service message, it would first say ‘Dynamic Island is empty’ (bringing the Dynamic Island message to cover the transaction text till I swipe that the Dynamic Island message off) and this happens throughout the transaction process. This sometimes makes me take a bit longer to do the transaction and I am wandering if anyone else is experiencing this.

In addition, I have realized that whenever I check my battery power VO for example would say, ‘70% battery power not charging’ and that is of course when I am not charging the phone and it is not even plucked into any power source.
Is this something to disregard or how does your VO announce your battery percentage to you? Does your VO also indicate to you that you are not charging anytime you check your battery percentage? I would be glad to know.
Many thanks, colleagues.

I don't have a device with Dynamic Island, but as far as the battery and the way VoiceOver announces it, it has always been just as you described. It indicates whether it is charging or not so that the user is aware of the situation.
