watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hello all:
After a day of Using my APple Watch, i have 2 important questions:
1- I hate the standered typing way, so, is there away to change it on my apple watch?
2- My watch default VOiceOver Language is English UK, and i can add a new Languages in my Roder settings, but how can i change the default VO language From UK To English US?
thanks in advance

I *think* that opening the Watch app and going to Settings > General > Language & Region is where you need to go. However, I would suggest that you explore using a Siri voice, as I personally find these a better option on Apple Watch than the VoiceOver voices.

Your watch is probably set to mirror your phone's language. In the language and region settings on your watch app switch to custom and change the watch language to US.

is there really no way to change to touch typing? I also don't care for it at all.

Hello,
please read the subject as it tells all. Plus, you could use dictation when it works. If you have enough sight to remember what print letters look like, you can literally write them on the screen.
