There is a link to a phone number on a website that I have up in Safari.

Is there a way to add that phone number from that link to contacts? If so, how?

And you may be given the option to call, start a whatsapp chat, and so on.

Yeah. I’ve had that suggested to me elsewhere. Would be nice if it were true. Very nice and very convenient. Would also seem logical. But the only thing I have in the list that comes up after I click it is a “Call” option.

I think the easiest way to add a phone number from a link is to simply copy and paste it into Contacts. I've been watching this thread to see if anyone knows a better way, but it doesn't sound like there's a direct way to do this, at least not to my knowledge.

Hi Misty, try a one finger double tap and hold. This should present you a set of options to pick from. You should see the item to add to a contact. HTH.

Does that work for you? Just yesterday, I tried long-pressing a phone number in an email and nothing happened.
