I don't seem to be able to enter numbers with the number keys on a bluetooth keyboard on the IOS16 calculator app. This worked with IOS15 on my old phone as if it were entering numbers into an edit field and the return key gave the result. I have a measurement tool that connects as a keyboard and used to work with it as well.
Any suggestions, even a different "free" app that works with keyboards and gives results with the return/enter key?
It just makes my measurement tool more tedious to use, having to swipe around on the phone screen to go back and hear the measurement it sent when using Notes and other apps. It would also be horrible having to use the navigation keys on the keyboard to select each number or function.

Using the Calculator With A Bluetooth Keyboard
I am not experiencing any dificulty using the calculator with a Bluetooth keyboard. I am running the latest version of iOS, iOS 16.3.
I'll try later
Thanks. I'll try later because I don't think I'm on 16.3 yet. Although, I have had some success with getting my measuring tool to announce the result after sending the data to the Numbers app in a blank cell. I just have to double tap the screen each time to put it in edit mode or what ever it's called, and that's nowhere as tedious as having to swipe around in the Notes app for the entry.
