I had an incident like that a couple of weeks ago. My phone was frozen and I couldn’t get it to restart. Next thing you know, I hear, 911 what’s your emergency. I said, I’m sorry, it was a false alarm. My phone was acting weird and it must’ve activated emergency services. My mom received the SOS because she’s in my emergency contact and I explain to her that there won’t have any cops down here because I told the lady on the telephone that everything’s fine.
Reboot also works instead of explaining to the dumb bimbo that siri has become what you want. Lol. as for Emergency SOS calls, I'd double check before pressing the power off button, I swipe twice just to make sure before I do that. Now with the watch, I hope i don't activate it at yoga in a few minutes.

Restarting or Powering Off Your iPhone
With iOS 16 you can now ask Siri to shutdown or restart your iPhone. Simply say "restart my iPhone" or "shutdown my iPhone".
