Voiceover talking after PlayButton pressed

Hello

Am I the only one who cannot stand voiceover continue talking after pressing the play button to watch videos or play music?
I think it is quite obvious that we don't want to hear voiceover continue talking unless we touch the screen again.
Your thoughts please.

Cheers

Dave

That’s what I do every time I am watching something on YouTube or elsewhere.
Do it sometimes and it will become a habit. In fact I am double tapping with three fingers every time before I lock my phone and after unlocking it, let alone when listening to something.

Hello David, I always have to turn speech off with the three-finger double tap when watching a TV show on Hulu, Philo, etc. Because I think voiceover won't talk then every so often it will tell me what I'm watching, name of the episode, how much time left, etc. I've found that if I just stop speech with two-finger tap, doesn't always stop voiceover from telling me again in about a couple of minutes or so.

If only Apple would program voiceover not to talk after the play button has been pressed until the screen has been touched again. Then we wouldn't miss the start of videos and music, plus I'm sure we don't need to be reminded what we are listening to or how long it has been running.
Apple just sort it!
