Make sure your iPhone volume is set loud enough under "sounds and haptics". Also, make sure that ringer and alerts do not change with volume buttons. If that doesn't work, make sure the iPhone mute switch is set to unmute.
When I first got my 13, I noticed that sounds such as the ringer were much, much quieter. Then I understood this is because when the iPhone thinks you're looking at the screen it will lower the volume of these sounds. If you disable attention awareness I believe that prevents this. Perhaps that is the issue you're having? admittedly, I went from an SE2020 to a 13 so maybe the XR had this feature already. It also doesn't explain the trouble you have hearing the lock sound.

try to turn off change
try to turn off change with volume button under sound and haftick
still the same.
Hey there, the volume is still lower, I cannot even hear the lock sound as I used to hear on iPhone XR
Probably it is a software bug, because the videos are really loud and speakers are really good.

I think I know what this might be
