need an email address for retrieving Dice World username and password

I had to uninstall and reinstall diceworld a few days ago but unfortunately I didn't make sure I had my correct username and password.

My problem is that I've changed e-mail addresses since I created the diceworld account and I apparently never updated my account with the new address. Because of this, now that I have the app reinstalled and am trying to log in, when I hit the forgot password link I'm not getting the e-mail that I should get because it's being sent to the old address that I don't have anymore.

I have sent 2 e-mails in the past 48 hours or less, one directly from the diceworld site and one to support@appa11y.com but I haven't heard anything from either query as yet. Does anybody know the correct e-mail address to send a message to so that I can hopefully retrieve my username and password so I can get back into the app?

Sadly you are not the first to report problems getting a response from the Dice World developers. It's looking increasingly likely that the app has essentially been abandoned. A shame, as the game was okay and the developers were committed to accessibility. Perhaps another example of where the numbers simply don't stack up for a viable project 😞

Here's hoping for you that they prove me wrong and that you get an answer.

Thanks for answering my question Cobbler, that is really ashame because it is a great app. If it has truly been abandoned though that likely explains the lack of updates to the app, I can't remember the last time I saw that app updated.

My little work-around for my problem is that I just went in and hit on the new user button. I had to use a different user name for the games because when I tried to put in my usual username I was told that it was already used, and of course I'm going to lose all of the games I was playing before and I'll have to build up my coin count again, I had over 2000, but at least I can still play and enjoy the game. I had a couple of games going with just random players but most of my games were with friends so at least I can start new games with them.
