I am using an iPhone 11 and running iOS 16.1.2. Are any of you having any of the below issues? My experience is that they randomly occur.
1. One finger double tap interpreted as a two finger double tap (Magic Tap); thus activating music.
2. One finger double tap interpreted as a one finger triple tap; thus activating the application menu.
3. Tapping a recent call under the "recent tab" and instead of calling the one that you tapped; a call is made to some random call listed in your recent calls.
4. Not able to dismiss an open app screen by sliding your finger up. The screen seems locked in the open state. This generally happens in the contacts app after making a call from that app.
I wish I had my iPhone 3GS. It worked perfectly. Thank you.

I am using VoiceOver.
Only experiencing number 3
The random incorrect calling of numbers from the recents tab has been around at least since iOS 15, and possibly longer than that even. Because it's so random, even accessibility folks at Apple are having a hard time tracking it down.
So for number 3, absolutely…
So for number 3, absolutely having this.
I experience 1, and 2
With number one, it happens a lot, while in a text field, dictating. I end up having to just drop out of the app, in order to stop the music, then go back and finish my dictation. Very annoying.
Only number 3
I only experience number 3, and it happens both in recents and favorites. But it is incredibly random.
None of your issues here but...
I think Siri needs hearing aids. I'll say, "Read the message" and he says, "To who" and I have to repeat my request to read my in-coming message. And the other day, I asked him to start a song again, and he played a totally different song. Just a little annoyance with Siri lately.
None of your issues, but the books app is acting up.
Some books work, others don't, even though Voiceover tells me how many pages are in the sample, but a two-finger swipe down only reads a couple of sentences. This is entirely random.
