I had to reinstall diceworld yesterday, and I don't remember my password and I'm not sure of my user name because I changed the name I play games with a while back, but I think I signed up for a diceworld account with a different e-mail address than I use now so any time I hit the forgot password link I never get the e-mail because it's sent to my old address that I don't have access to.
I sent an e-mail to support@appa11y.com as well as going to the diceworld site itself and sending an e-mail from there and I'm still waiting on a reply, is there anything I can do to solve my problem before receiving the e-mail since I don't know how long it'll take?
I was told to sign in as a new user, but I'm playing over 20 games with various friends and I don't want to lose those games, so since I think that's exactly what would happen if I signed in as a new user I only want to use that as an absolute last resort.
Thanks in advance if anybody can give me any ideas.

I did delete it and that's when my current problem started. I deleted it because over the past few days music had started playing through the app when I'd open it and the only way to stop the music was to close and reopen, so it was recommended to uninstall and reinstall the app but I forgot that I didn't know my password, and since I created the account with an old e-mail address that I know longer have I couldn't retrieve my password because the e-mails were being sent to the old address instead of my new one.
