how does one close a web dialog like this:
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/avocado-types

it seems the only way is to accept whatever the hell they are offering, or don't view the page at all, and this type of contents is comming up very often lately.

if there is a way to close this bs, i'd really like to know.

cmd-[" back out the page or go to the previous page, but i don't want to back out, i want to view the content. it seems the only way to proceed is to accept the offer, like subscribe to their newsletter, etc. no way to close the offer and proceed to the content?

It's hardly a solution, but as a workaround, it does work.

I've been finding more and more of these frustrating sign-up forms. Can't get to the content on the page because the sign-up form is there no matter how I scroll. Finding a dismiss or cancel button is very difficult if not impossible. in some cases. activating the button when you can find it usually does nothing and the dialogue remains on the screen often covering up everything. Writing to every webmaster is tedious.

Sometimes I actually want to sign up for something and I can't find the button. There have even been times when a web dialog was opened, and no matter what I can't get voice over to focus on it.
Frustrating
