Orbit reader 20 problems

I am seeking assistance with the orbit reader 20 I have tried many times to deal with the technical support page and email at orbit research and just keep going around in circles with them. The problem is that somehow, and do not ask. I have no idea how my language on my orbit reader was changed, and is no longer English, and I have not found any way to change it back to English. I even thought that maybe just reloading the software/firmware onto the display with reset things, but I cannot get that program to work as well. I am hoping for a miracle or someone to be able to help me since the technical support is horrific at orbit research. I am very frustrated because while at work for me, this was a very good product and I enjoyed using it very much. However, I have had it a little over here and for months now have been unable to use it.

Could resetting the braille display to its factory settings solve it?

I will never purchase any of their products. I'm sorry you are having these issues and their support won't help you.

I have heard many issues with the Orbit reader 20 stop working easily, but never of this one. A sorta similar happened to my Brailliant BI 32. It didn't use the dot seven for caps, and didn't actually do anything for them, and it started spelling things different, and putting a dot 8 under any numbers. I had suspected the language was somehow changed, but I know neither how/why nor how to change it back. Luckily, it was only in the system menus, it worked fine with my idevices (aside from being kinda slow and clunky on account of it being like 4-1/2 years old). Is your problem similar?
