iPad Air 5 and Logitech Keyboard; VoiceOver keeps speaking when iPad should be sleeping

Hello, I hope you have a nice day.
I am currently troubled by this problem for a long time. I just bought the iPad Air5 in the last two months and it comes with the m1 chip.
In order to improve my productivity, I chose to purchase the Logitech keyboard and iPad case at the Apple store when I purchased the iPad.
This created a huge problem, I couldn't put the screen to sleep while the VoiceOver is on. When I put the screen and keyboard on, or tap the power button to lock the screen, my VoiceOver always wakes up in the first second of being locked and keeps reading the time aloud.
I just got the iPad with iPadOS15 and when I was excited to upgrade to padOS16 and thought they would fix the problem, they didn’t.
I highly doubt Apple's accessibility department even noticed the problem.
I also ruled out hardware failure as the cause of this phenomenon. I went to my local Apple store and tried different keyboards and iPads, and unfortunately, the problem keeps coming back.
So if you have the same problem and have a good solution, please let me know. If you don't have a solution either, please give your feedback to Apple's accessibility department. I've already told them about this fatal problem.
The only way to fix it is to turn off the VoiceOver before putting the iPad to sleep. However, this is not a good solution. I want to be able to use my iPad normally while I have voice over on, not sacrifice the user experience to be forced to adapt to their bugs.
Thanks!

There are several posts here on AppleVis mentioning this problem. I reported to Apple Accessibility and Logitech with no solution. I have had this issue for almost three years. So don't you tell me that Apple really cares about accessibility. Now the solution is to return your keyboard and find something with bluetooth connectivity.
