I am doing some caregiving activities in which I receive compensation. the company requires the use of an app called "Caregiver" to clock my working hours that is currently inaccessible. Do we have any sources we could tap into that could assist me to work with the company on this issue?

Screen recognition or ocr?
I know its not the best option, but have you tried using screen recognition? I'm guessing your using the app on a iphone? If not ocr on a computer? Atleast for the moment. I'd recommend contacting the app's developers about this, and asking them if voiceover support can be added. I'd say that's your best bet.
