Hi, all! I've got yet another super weird problem. I have the bell chime set up on my apple watch. It worked more or less regularly for a few weeks, but now, it never chimes at all. I've triple checked all relevant settings, both on the watch itself and using my phone, and I can't find a reason why this might be happening. Am currently on phone with Apple, but have a feeling it's not going to accomplish anything. Any advice/suggestions you may have would be extremely appreciated, as I rely on the chime to keep track of time during the work day in particular. Thanks!

Obvious things First
Reboot both your watch and paired iPhone. Go to the Settings app on both, and toggle the settings for the chime off and on again, both in the clock app and accessibility settings.
Now does it work again? It is certainly working for me on the 9.1 release build.
It seems to be working again for now
I just took my watch off charge, and at least as of the time I'm writing this, the chime seems to be functioning again. Thanks for tips I can try if it stops working. I have watch OS 9.1, and my phone is up-to-date as well. Hopefully, it will continue functioning as expected, but if it doesn't, at least you've given me some trouble-shooting tips to try.
do you really need the chimes at work?
Hello,
do you really need to hear those chimes at work? or can you just use the taptic feedback. I'd like to try that and see what it's all about.
