Hello all:
Need to purchase a good logitic keyboard to work with my Iphone and ipad, i need something for controling music etc,
are there any recommendations?
Logitech k380 is a good, small keyboard which can switch between 3 devices. The k480 is larger and heavier if you want something a little more spacious, but it's less portable. I take a k380 with me whenever I travel. It's a lovely little keyboard.
It's a tenkeyless keyboard. The function row has media controls, volume, and f1, f2, and f3 are used to switch between devices. The k480 has a wheel to select devices and dedicated buttons to switch between Mac and PC layouts (basically it swaps the alt and windows keys so that option and command are in the correct spots). The k480 also has a slot to stick a tablet, though I don't find it very useful, especially if you have a large tablet or a thick case.
I have the Logitech Slim Folio. It works great. I do recommend it. It provides protection for the iPad front and back. However, a general recommendation is that if you intend on getting a keyboard case do not get any of those with smart connector, it won’t let your iPad lock.
Am about to receive my Keyboard in a day or so, and i start reading what you sent, and can not stop, really helpful and so easy to navigate and use.
WHo did that for us?
I have no idea who compiled the info in that link, but I appreciate it so much. Before I found it, I was questioning why I'd purchased the keyboard. Now it's a lot easier to use.
Wish we can do a website or to be even a blog, where we can send Keys discribtions if we have,
I've many keyboards, ANd other units keys that i hope to share with anyone
Good call, @Jenna Pepper. I bought my K380 maybe seven years ago. I've dropped it, kicked it, and let it bang around in backpacks and suitcases. It has taken the hardest beating I can deliver and it still performs like a champ. It came with two triple-A batteries, which lasted for over six and a half years. I've had iPhones destroy their batteries in that amount of time. The keys feel great. If you're already used to using a full-size keyboard, you'll have an easy transition.
Hello all:
for unknown reason, I can not use my logitech k380 with Ios, whenever i entered a place with edit feeld like notes, messages or whatsapp, everything became crazy, quick nav is not working, using up and down arrows to clikc is not working also,

Logitech rugged combo . Keyboard
This suppose to be good. It strong and it has a case that you can close.
Smart connectors
I knew about them, and many people adviced me not to purchase something with it.
Helpful link for the 380
I got the 380 a few weeks ago and was struggling with keyboard commands. I did some Googling and found the following link, which helped me tremendously.

iClever instead of Logitech
I have never gotten good support from Logitech and terrible luck with their keyboards.
I currently have an iClever BK06 keyboard and love it on top of being very portable, it is comfortable to type on and the battery life is excellent.
Slim logitek
Use it for my iPad 9. No issues. work well. Wish it had the same functions that windows but you can not get everything in life.
